Who Am I? Part Two The Empire Strikes Back
Note : I am in no way condoning or recommending the usage of drugs to anyone reading my blog. I am merely sharing my personal stories and experiences. Before I continue with Part Two of this story, I wanted to address that I will not be using the actual names of the people in my stories. Instead, I will use the names of various characters from my favorite movies and television shows. We shall see where that takes us. Who knows, it might be fun. There is some heavy stuff here.
Who am I?
How it started. I was a chubby little kid who hated my name. I have explained this to many. Francisca is a relatively uncommon name. It was doubtful that you would find any pens, pencils, keychains, stickers, or mugs with my name on them. My trips to souvenir shops felt like the universe was once again confirming the ongoing feeling I constantly had. I came from the Island of Misfits. I was a square peg. I am a multiracial woman. I am of Spanish, Lebanese, and Mexican Native American descent. I spent most of my childhood growing up in El Sereno, a neighborhood on the east side of Los Angeles, California. El Sereno is predominantly a Hispanic community.
